The 60-Day Naked-Eye Guarantee
We built Veris to be judged by one standard: your own reflection. Use the full system as directed for 60 days. If you don't see a difference with your own eyes, we'll refund every penny you paid — and you keep the bottles. No return shipping, no restocking fee, no "send it back unopened."
How it works
- Eligibility. Applies to your first purchase of a Veris product or system bought directly from https://verisskin.com. One guarantee per customer/household.
- Window. Request your refund within 60 days of the delivery date.
- No return required. You do not need to send anything back. Keep the product.
- What we refund. The full purchase price you paid, including any shipping you were charged. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve your request.
- How to request. Email support@verisskin.com (Attn: our Customer Care team) with your order number and the email used to order. No forms, no hoops.
Subscription orders
If you purchased through Subscribe & Save, the 60-Day Naked-Eye Guarantee applies to your first subscription order. You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time from your account — see our Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@verisskin.com and we'll make it right (replacement or refund) at no cost to you. Because our guarantee already lets you keep the product, we generally do not require physical returns.
Exclusions
- Orders placed outside https://verisskin.com (e.g., third-party resellers) are handled by that seller.
- Wholesale/bulk orders, if any, are excluded from the individual guarantee.
- We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds where we reasonably suspect abuse, misuse, or reseller/bulk activity, or where the guarantee has already been used.
