Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available yet. Join our email list and we'll let you know when that changes.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 12pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email the moment it ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75. The complete Veris System ($189) always ships free.
- Standard shipping on orders under $75: calculated at checkout.
- Delivery estimate: most standard orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Tracking your order
Every shipment includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier so you don't have to.
Lost, stolen or delayed packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then email us within 7 days. If it doesn't turn up, we'll send a replacement or refund you. We won't leave you holding the bag for a carrier's mistake.
Address changes
Need to fix a shipping address? Email support@verisbeauty.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships.
Note on the 60-day guarantee
Your Naked-Eye Guarantee window starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier, not the order date. Slow shipping never eats into your 60 days.
