Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the continental U.S. Total time from order to delivery is usually 6–11 business days.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Delays
We ship within the times stated above. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order (and haven't stated a longer time), we will notify you and give you the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund, consistent with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Carrier delays after we hand off your package are outside our control, but we'll help you track and resolve any issue.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
