The 60-Day Naked-Eye Guarantee
We call it the Naked-Eye Guarantee because that's the test. No lab report to argue with. The only proof that matters is the face looking back at you.
Use the Veris System for up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If your own eyes don't see a difference, in the mirror, in your photos, in how your skin behaves, we refund every dollar you paid, including what you paid for shipping.
What makes this guarantee different
- No return shipping. You keep the products. Ship nothing back.
- No forms. One email is enough.
- No arguing. If your mirror doesn't agree with us, your money comes back.
How to request a refund
- Email support@verisbeauty.com with the subject line "Naked-Eye Guarantee".
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- We confirm and process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Conditions
- The guarantee applies to purchases made directly from verisbeauty.com.
- The 60-day window is counted from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- One guarantee refund per customer per product.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
