Welcome to Veris Beauty. By using verisbeauty.com (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them; we kept them as human as legal language allows.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Veris Beauty ("Veris", "we", "us"). You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from the Site.

2. Our products are cosmetics

Veris products are cosmetics intended to improve the appearance of skin. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Veris products are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose or prevent any disease or condition, including menopause. Veris is not hormone therapy. If you are considering hormone therapy or have a medical skin condition, talk to your doctor. Always review the ingredient list and patch test if your skin reacts easily.

3. Customer support is not medical advice

Our support team (including any concierge channel) can help with product use, routines, and orders. They do not diagnose conditions, do not provide medical advice, and are not a substitute for a dermatologist or physician.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel your order after payment, we refund you in full. Promotional pricing and bundle savings (such as System pricing versus buying stages separately) may change over time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Shipping and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including the 60-day Naked-Eye Guarantee, are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Individual results vary

Skincare results are appearance-based and differ from person to person. Any images or descriptions on the Site reflect the appearance of skin with consistent use and are not a promise of a specific outcome for you. That's exactly why the Naked-Eye Guarantee exists: you judge the result in your own mirror.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information for orders and communication.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Veris name, wordmark, Liquid Micro-Infusion™, Collagen Guard™, Naked-Eye Guarantee, product copy, images and design, belongs to Veris or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no scraping, no attempting to breach security, no submitting false reviews or fraudulent guarantee claims.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Veris Beauty is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us at support@verisbeauty.com; most issues can be solved with one honest email.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
